Excellent program. I am often disappointed with the "intuitiveness" of PDA programs (esp Palm OS ones), but this program is excellent. Can drag and drop, copy paste, delete, edit, and other functions that are common on desktops. The 10,000 food database was why I first chose it, but I use the "enter your own food" function the most. Very easy to do, and once you have your fave foods in there, it is simple to keep it up to date. I recommend getting the bundle with the desktop, because entering new food and data is just simpler on the desktop. Syncronization works great too. Overall, very happy with this program.

Great program with a few irritating issues. I have downloaded this in a few different versions over the years. The one area that is consistently poor is the exercise function. There are too few exercises and no capability to add new exercises to the database for repeated use. How could you leave off the crosstrainer? I'd welcome the addition of breastfeeding and walking/running with a stroller as well. How about Pilates? It's a pain to have to type these things in each day. Otherwise, the best program out there, hands down.

Love this program! Easy to enter info on the go, if have the packaging can even enter new items on the palm. Use the find button so I try not to create duplicate entries. Have lost 20 pounds in 2 months (from 234 to 213) through cutting out pop, eating better, and adding some exercize and this tool has helped motivate me to make better choices and I like being to look at the history and set new goals. I don't have the desktop app so can't comment on that part, so far the palm part alone has worked fine for me.

I have only had this for a few days and already my eyes have been opened to my evil caloric ways! I have changed just about every aspect of my eating/exercising habits in mere hours - the electronic component has me hooked - it's more like a toy - highly recommended!

I love this program, since getting it at the end of February I've lost over 20lbs. This is very user friendly and getting the bundle is the best way to go, especially for adding new foods and creating recipes. I highly recommend it.

I can't beleive how well written and easy to use this product is. Yet it has everything that I wanted for a diet and exercise diary. All the categories are completely customisable. I love it!

Before I purchased this software my dieting was mostly done by guess work. Now I have a tool which helps me keep track of calories in and calories out, plus gives me guides and charts to monitor my progress. When I started dieting my weight was 265 I struggled for several months and lost 10 pounds.
I have had this support tool for 48 days and lost 24 pounds. I'm excited and pleased.
The desktop software is easy to use and makes adding new foods much easier than the handheld version. But I like the charts and graphs in the handheld version better than those supplied in the desktop version. Together they make a fantastic package for losing weight and keeping fit. In an industry that is filled with questionable products this was money well spent.

This is a fabulous product! EASY! It took me about 15 minutes to figure out everything. I can instantly identify the few specific foods that have kept me from losing weight and now I feel I have some control. I've lost a few lbs this week and can instantly see how I was able to accomplish this. I enter everything and learn a LOT about my eating habits! This is worth every penny!

This program is awesome. It has allowed me to see exactly how many calories enter and are burned from my body. This is a GREAT motivator to eat the right foods. Another great thing about this program is that it incorporated both nutrition (calories in) and exercise (calories out), where several other program I tried have these two functions in separate applications.
Another great motivational function this application provides is a place to record your measurements (chest, waist, hips, and many more), and you can view these in a graph, and when you see that line graph slope downward as you get more fit, it's an awesome feeling.
The Food Database in this application is vast, AND expandable - if you can't find a particular food in the database, you can add it. For foods you eat often, there is a "Favorites" option that makes it easy to find these commonly consumed foods.
All in all, I give this application my highest recommendation.

I've been using the program for almost a month. My weight has gone down 5 lbs..It's a well made program and well thought out.
I really like that it links food consumption calories with exercise calories burned AND metabolic rate. This is very important if you really seriously want to lose weight and keep it off.
Whoever wrote this app really understand fitness and weight loss..Thank you!!!

I've lost 12 pounds in just over a month! This is extremely comprehensive, very user friendly, and easy to modify for your personal weight loss success. It helps you set realistic, attainable goals for weight loss, and helps you lose that weight in whatever way you choose (I chose to count calories). I've even got a couple of friends buying a PDA now just for this program! Thanks for inventing it!
