    • How to find a specific software title in the Software Store

With all the titles in the Software Store it can sometimes be a challenge to find a specific title you may have read about in a magazine or from a friend. Here are some suggestions for tracking down a title:

      • create a search query in the "search by keyword" search box found on most pages in the Software Store - just enter all or part of the title's name and select the "start search" button.
      • navigate to the category or categories that you think are most likely to contain the title you are looking for and select the "All Titles" link heading. Then sort the list of titles that appears by "title". Browse the re-sorted list alphabetically for the specific title you are looking for.
      • complete a customer service request - we'll track it down (if we have it) and send you a link to the title.
    • How to purchase & download a title

Titles displaying a price and a green "add to cart" button require a purchase to download a full-featured version of the title. Here's how:

      • click the "add to cart" button to add the item to your Software Store shopping cart.
      • after adding all the titles you'd like to purchase to your shopping cart, select the green "to checkout" button at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page to start the purchase process.
      • follow the instructions on each of the pages in the 4 step checkout/purchase process.
      • on the Checkout Step 4 page each of the titles you purchased will be listed - select the red "download..." button for each title to initiate the download of that title to your PC or Mac.
      • Titles also displaying a gray "free trial" button enable you to "test drive" the title before making a purchase - most "free trial" versions either expire after the free trial period or do not contain all of the features of the purchased version.
